Twilight Residency uses a variety of materials to ensure both durability and aesthetic appeal. Here are some key materials used in the construction:
Cement
Concrete is the backbone of modern construction. It’s used for foundations, floors, and structural frameworks due to its strength and durability. We used Ultratech/ACC – for Structural, Plastering & Dalmia/Chettinad for Brick work.
Steel
Steel is essential for the structural framework of a flat. It provides the necessary strength to support the building and allows for flexible design options. We use TMT Steel Kalliyath / Kairali for Structural work.
Bricks
Bricks and concrete blocks are used for constructing walls. They offer good thermal insulation and soundproofing. We sued Solid Cement Brick work for our project.

Teakwood is used for Main Entry Door. Anjali is used for exit doors. Bath room doors are PVC doors & inside doors are Skin doors.
